Highlights
Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti (NABA) is Italy's largest private academy of fine arts, with campuses in Milan and Rome. At NABA, you’ll be part of an academy that’s recognised by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR).
You’ll be part of a vibrant community at NABA, with over 4000 students from across the globe. The Student Council, "Consulta degli Studenti," has initiatives like the Buddy Project, which pairs you with first-year international students and peers. Plus, as a NABA student, you can benefit from exclusive discounts at art shops, sports centres, theatres, and restaurants through the YesMilano project.
While NABA doesn’t provide on-campus housing, it supports you in finding suitable accommodation through partnerships with private providers. You can access listings for studio apartments, single, or shared rooms near the campus.
Library
At NABA’s library, you’ll have access to over 14,000 volumes and approximately 300 e-books across various fields of study. You can also access some prestigious online databases, including BoF, JSTOR, WGSN, Vogue Archive and more.
Laboratory
NABA offers you many specialised labs for various fields of study. At the Design Labs, you can access state-of-the-art tools and machinery, including CNC machines, laser cutters, 3D printers, and thermoforming machines. If you’re into Fashion Design, then you can use the Fashion Design Lab for tailoring, knitting, textile dyeing, and printing.
Cafeteria
“The Corner” is NABA’s campus bar and restaurant, where you can get a variety of meals and beverages. Located within the academy, The Corner gives you a convenient space to relax between classes.
Campuses
When you study at NABA's Rome campus, you’ll be on a campus with three early 20th-century buildings, covering approximately 6,000 square metres. Around the city, you can explore plenty of attractions such as the Pyramid of Cestius, the Centrale Montemartini Museum, and the Eataly Roma marketplace.
You’ll be just a 10-minute walk from the Piramide metro station. Plus, you’ll also have a lot of buses and tram lines crossing your location.
