LLB (Hons) Law Senior Status
**Our law senior status degree is a two-year qualifying course designed for students who already have an undergraduate degree in another subject and a real interest in the law.**As well as teaching substantive law, this degree explores legal issues from a social, political, moral and economic perspective.Much like our other LLB courses, this senior status course is geared towards employability. With links to a range of legal, and related, employers in London, you'll have access to a range employability events, including talks and networking opportunities. You can also apply to assist volunteer lawyers on real cases at the university's Legal Advice Centre or apply to assist with the Innocence Project London.**What you should know about this course*** The course offers an in-depth analysis of the law for those who already hold a degree in a subject other than law* You’ll gain knowledge of substantive law and develop transferable skills. Wherever possible, this degree places law in various contexts* Apply to assist volunteer lawyers on real cases at the university’s Legal Advice Centre or apply to assist with the Innocence Project London.* Our links with employers in London, through our Law Advisory Forum, include law firms, barristers’ chambers and financial institutions.* Benefit from guest speakers and networking events with employers, professional bodies and alumni to help your career planning.
