  • Single built-in closet with rods and shelving 
  • Shelving and bulletin board on both side 
  • Drapery for windows 
  • Washrooms are unisex (with multiple-stall toilets and private showers)

3. MacKinnon Hall: At the double traditional rooms, many amenities are offered such that the stay in residence at StFX is a nice one:

  • Two single beds
  • One built-in dresser unit
  • Two desks and chairs
  • One stand-alone dresser
  • Single built-in closet with rods and shelving
  • Shelving and bulletin board on both sides
  • Drapery for windows
  • Washrooms are unisex (with multiple-stall toilets and private showers)
  • Shared laundry facilities

4. O'Regan Hall: It offers double and single-suite options with en-suite bathrooms. The rooms have everything a student needs, including a mini-fridge, microwave and flat-screen TV.

  • Armchair

  • Laundry facilities in the building
  • Wardrobe
  • Full shared kitchen facilities
  • A cardio room and movie room in the building

5. Riley Hall: The hall offers both the options of double suite and single suite that are provided with en-suite bathrooms, along with other amenities and comforts:

  • Bed and armchair
  • Desk and chair
  • Suitable wardrobe
  • Flat-screen TV
  • Mini-fridge and microwave
  • Full-shared kitchen facilities

6. Power Hall: The 4-bedroom and 2-bathroom suites are furnished with heat, Wi-Fi, electricity, and cable. Plus, there are laundry facilities as well on every floor. The single apartment-style rooms are available under this hall category, but it is important to know that the apartment-style suites are only available for returning and mature students.

Other amenities available:

  • Single bed in each room
  • Desk with bulletin board and shelves, desk chair, dresser and closet
  • Fridge, stove, sink, cupboards, sofa, chair, coffee table, dining table and window coverings
  • Parking
  • Storage closet outside of each apartment as well as at end of hall in apartment

7. MacIsaac Hall: The double traditional rooms offer ample storage space to its students. The various amenities are:

  • Two single beds with two underneath drawers
  • Two desks and chairs
  • Two dressers and armoires
  • Shelving and cupboards (on both sides)
  • Bulletin/whiteboard outside bedroom door
  • Windows with blinds
  • Shared washrooms (co-ed) with private showers
  • On-site laundry facilities

8. Governors Hall: Both double and single suite rooms are available under this type.

  • The double suite rooms offer 2 separate bedrooms (with bed, armchair, desk, bulletin board, wardrobe, dresser, wall mirror, blinds, TV, etc.), a shared kitchenette, a shared bathroom and laundry facilities.
  • The single-suite rooms at the Governor's Hall have a double bed with all other facilities similar to a double suite, and an en-suite bathroom.

9. Mount Saint Bernard: The single traditional room at this hall offers:

  • Single bed and a dresser
  • A desk and chairs
  • Common areas, TV lounges, study lounge
  • Drapery for windows
  • Kitchenettes
  • On-site laundry facilities
  • Shared washroom facilities

10. Somers Hall: The on-campus apartment is another student accommodation for St. Francis Xavier University with similar amenities as the Power Hall.
