If you want to study in the US, you’ll usually need to take English proficiency exams such as TOEFL, IELTS, or any other accepted English tests. For undergraduate programs, the SAT or ACT are commonly required, while for graduate programs, you may need to take the GRE or GMAT, depending on the field of study. Additionally, for some specific programs, you might have to fulfil some other exam requirements.

Usually, you'll have to spend USD 20,000 to USD 50,000 as the tuition fee for undergraduate courses and USD 25,000 to USD 60,000 per year for graduate programs. The GPA you'll need to study in the US depends highly on the university and programs. There's no fixed minimum GPA for all universities, but a general expectation for undergraduate programs is a GPA of 2.5 to 3.0 on a scale of 4.0. If the university is prestigious or the program is highly ranked, you'll need a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Universities also consider factors like standardised test scores, recommendation letters, and extracurricular activities.
