How do I cancel a session? 

Here’s how to cancel a session on the portal:

1) To cancel a session, head to the Meet tab and click the Edit option next to the session that you wish to cancel.

2) Select Cancel session in the popup.

3) Mention why you wish to cancel the session.

4) You’ll get a popup confirming the cancellation.

Here’s how to cancel a session on the app:

1) Head to the Meet tab and select the Edit icon next to the session you wish to cancel.

2) You’ll receive a popup. Select Cancel session.

3) Mention why you wish to cancel the session and continue.

4) You’ll receive a confirmation of the cancellation.
