What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password? 

Forgot your password? Don’t worry – it happens to the best of us!

Here’s how to reset your password in no time on the app:

1) Head to the Log in or sign up button on the profile page.

2) Fill in your registered email address and hit Continue.

3) On the next screen, select the Forgot Password? link

4) Confirm your email address and hit Send reset link.

5) An email will be sent to your registered address with an option to change your password. Select the Reset password button and follow the instructions!

On portal:

 

1) Head to edvoy.com and select the Log in button on the top right corner.

 

2) Enter your registered email address and select Continue.

3) Select the Click here option next to Forgot Password?

4) Enter your registered email address again and hit Send reset link.

5) You’ll get a message that a password reset link has been shared to your registered email address.

6) Open your email and select Reset password → 

7) You’ll now be taken to a page where you can make the change! Enter the new password and hit Reset Password.
