A range of appealing accommodation options is presented to international students enroling in degree programs at Colorado State University. There are twelve residence halls to choose from based on your preferences, divided into three areas. Parmelee Hall, Corbett Hall and Academic Village all offer fully furnished rooms, laundry/study facilities, and shared lounges. Corbett Hall and Parmelee Hall are conveniently located close to laboratories and classrooms, with shared bathrooms and common areas. The Academic Village was created to cater to students with an academically focused approach as the rooms are sorted into suites, with a kitchenette and common place as part of the living arrangement.

If students prefer to live independently, university apartments with a choice between one and three-bedroom units are offered, or they can use the university resources for off-campus rental listings in the surrounding areas. More minor details, such as roommate matching and contract reviews, are additional services offered by the dedicated staff at CSU.

Students can meet like-minded individuals across various sports, social and academic student clubs run by their peers. If students want to get involved with the student union, they can ensure their voice gets heard by becoming a representative, helping them develop valuable skills. There is a strong security presence on campus, so students feel safe, and both genders participate in varsity sports ranging from basketball to softball. Other events are held across campus to ensure all students enjoy various activities, from the rocky mountain showdown to seminars from well-known experts in their field.
