Certificate Construction Techniques - Brick and Stone (Waterloo)

If you’re drawn to working with your hands, this unique program that provides in-depth theory and hands-on training for the brick and stone masonry trade, may be right for you.
At Conestoga’s dedicated Masonry Centre, you’ll be taught the skills to create walls and features with brick, stone, and a variety of other masonry materials, using a combination of advanced power tools and classic hand tools.
The trade has many facets and demand for masons in Canada is high. Discover which rewarding career suits your temperament, with valuable exposure to heritage, refractory, and new commercial and residential masonry.

Please note that a graduate of this program may be exempt from the Level 1 in-school apprenticeship training should they choose to pursue a Brick and Stone apprenticeship.
