Conestoga College's Media Foundations program helps you discover a path to a media-relatedcareer, by helping you build a broad skillset for success in online and broadcast media. Whether you want to be a photographer, multimedia content creator, producer, visual storyteller, or marketing and communications expert, this one-year certificate program can help you build a solid practical and theoretical grounding in creativity, video and photographic technology, written and verbal communication, and the professional use of social media and web platforms. Over two semesters, faculty with current industry experience will provide guidance as you generate ideas, write, present, capture images, and use online and social media platforms to strengthen your storytelling skills.
