By choosing this course you’ll be able to develop your knowledge and skills in core areas of human resource management (HRM) to help you start or advance your career as a HR professional. The course can also enhance your expertise in professional activities related to employee resourcing, employee development, employment relations and employment law.

We’ve been teaching Human Resource Management courses for more than 20 years, and have been recognised as an outstanding provider of CIPD-approved professional qualifications. Some of our academics are also part of the People, Organisations and Work Institute (POWI) research centre which focuses mainly on the sociology of work, employment relations and human resource management.
