In addition to a broad-based understanding of business, this course highlights the importance of accounting and finance within an organisation. You will examine and develop core disciplines, transferable skills and experiences that are valued highly by employers. This degree gives you accreditation towards accounting examinations from professional bodies ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA and ICAEW.The course will develop your analytical and interpersonal skills, as you explore the behavioural and strategic contexts in which management accountants operate. You’ll develop an understanding of accounting and finance at a corporate and strategic level. During your second year you'll have a variety of unique opportunities to get involved in such as studying abroad, enterprise project or an internship.
