The University of the Pacific is a private Methodist-affiliated university with its main campus in Stockton, California, and graduate campuses in San Francisco and Sacramento. Founded in 1851, it is the oldest chartered University in California.

Students can access helpful resources from the three libraries on its Stockton campus. The William Knox Holt Memorial Library, the Health Sciences Library, and the Arthur A.
