BA (Hons) Criminology with Psychology

The Criminology with Psychology degree examines the causes, legal framework and responses to crime, combined with the study of psychology.You will also explore the study of crime, how psychological theories can be applied to criminal behaviour and social reactions to crime. You will be equipped with skills in critical thinking and communication as well as scientific research methods, data analysis and data presentation skills. On the course you’ll study core areas including biological, cognitive, developmental and social psychology, and you’ll cover personality and intelligence, research methods, and historical perspectives. You’ll also have the opportunity to discover criminological and forensic psychology in your final year.
