Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science History - Military History Concentration
The University of West Alabama’s History program helps students develop the skill sets necessary to see the big picture, focus on a specific point, and make a clear, rational argument — skills valued by all employers. Through a concentration on close reading, specialized research and written expression, students are prepared prepare themselves for graduate or professional school as well as career advancement once they graduate.
The Bachelor’s degree program offers optional Military History and Public History Concentrations, as well as Teacher Certification tracks in History and General Social Sciences.
