Course Overview
This course offers a profound exploration of the Pacific, the world's largest region, and the histories and worldviews of its Indigenous peoples, including Pacific communities in New Zealand. It provides a unique, Pacific-centred academic journey that values diverse student backgrounds, from those with deep cultural connections to those entirely new to the subject. Students will develop critical analytical skills while engaging with vital questions about culture, power, sustainability, and shaping a better future.
